The website was started in the year 2000 and was originally implemented with some shareware programs which was later converted to dynamic database driven site. Being an enthusiastic web developer by profession, main intention was to learn how websites are developed and maintained, this was the main goal behind starting the website.

Within a span of 1year, Indian-Music.com has got overwhelming response from music lovers and has been listed/ranked by google.com in top 20 out of 22lakh Indian music related sites. The site was helpful to several music lovers and was particularly appreciated for the discussion forum wherein people share their views and ideas about anything related to music and clarify their doubts with other members.

Completed Bachelor of Computers in the year 1997 from Osmania University. Currently working as a Senior Software Engineer here in Hyderabad, India since 1997. Being a musician (violinist) myself, I performed my first stage concert when I was 6year old at a school function. Couldn't continue learning after that because of studies and lack of availability of teacher around. Currently learning Violin from Mr. Ashok Gurjale, Founder Principal of "Aarabhi - The Violin School" after a long gap of 15 years.
